陕西公共频道即陕西电视台公共频道，也叫陕西五台【人生大思考】2008年4月28日，陕西电视台公共·政法频道进行全新改版，改版的原则是着力打造"陕西五套 人生大参考"的全新概念，清晰频道的定位，扩大、打造品牌栏目，并且开创新样态节目。改版后，公共政法频道成为了陕西首个方言频道。将晚间划分为三个时段，其中两个法制时段，辅以法制类剧场以营造频道特色。晚间18：00-19：00安排三档引入的法制专题节目，《危情时刻》《中国法治时空》和《今日开庭》。 晚间法治剧场开播时间19：00不变，命名为《正道剧场》。为后面法制大时段提供空间，有效拓宽频道收视平台。 晚间21：00 -22：30五档强力栏目打造主收视法治时段。
