为贯彻落实国家广播电视总局《关于进一步加强专业电视频道建设管理的意见》文件精神，按照地市台“优化结构，精简精办”的要求，报请相关部门同意，做出停播决定。
二十年来，教育频道贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众，制作播出了一大批鲜活生动的本土电视栏目，陪伴萍乡观众走过了一个又一个春夏秋冬。
作为地方主流媒体，萍乡市广播电视台依然保留新闻综合频道、公共频道。未来，我们将秉承守正创新、融合传播的理念，重新扬帆，继续奔跑。无论传播方式如何变化，我们都将不遗余力地讲好新时代的故事，传播萍乡的好声音。
