庆阳电视台成立于1991 年 5 月 1 目 ‘ 下设 9 个部室。现有职工 82 人 ( 正式职工 63 名 ‘ 临时聘用工 19 名 )‘ 其中高级职称 4 名 ‘ 中级职称 16 名。现开办有新闻综合频道和公共频道两套节目 ‘ 新闻综合频道为无线、有线共同发射 ‘ 功率 l 千瓦 ‘ 覆盖全市 8 县 ( 区 ) 及周边平凉、长武等市县的部分乡镇 ; 公共频道有线传输。两套节目全天播出 32 小时。2013年年底，庆阳电视台全面改版，改版后自办栏目主要有《庆阳新闻》、《透视庆阳》、《文明庆阳》、《民生庆阳》、《健康庆阳》、《文化庆阳》、《平安庆阳》、《欢乐滴答滴》等。
