历史与服务：2018年聚焦“意识形态传播引领”，围绕党的二十大、习近平总书记重要讲话等重点策划宣传；结合“两学一做”“大学习大讨论大调研”等活动，强化思想政治建设，为金牛建设中西部综合实力领先城区提供舆论支撑。
团队与保障：机构设置涵盖办公室、总编室、采编部、新媒体部、技术播出部等，人员配置包括事业编制、计划内临时工人及区属国企聘用人员，通过专业团队与机制保障内容生产与传播质量。
