주식회사 한국케이블TV광주방송(약칭 KCTV)은 광주광역시 일원을 방송 구역으로 하는 종합 유선방송 사업자(SO)이다. 1994년 2월 23일에 광주케이블텔레비전 주식회사로 설립되어, 1997년 사명을 현재의 명칭으로 변경한 뒤 오늘날까지 이르고 있다. 2008년에는 광주지역 DV 디지털방송 서비스, DV-phone 인터넷전화 서비스, DV-net 인터넷 서비스 실시 개시하였다.
