The station is owned by the Cincinnati-based E. W. Scripps Company. WTXL-TV's studios are located on Commerce Boulevard in Midway, Florida, and its transmitter is located near unincorporated Fincher (in northwestern Jefferson County, Florida), along the Georgia state line.
