Thirteen is a Paraguayan open television channel founded in 1981 . It is the second oldest channel in the country. It is owned by Grupo JBB and is affiliated with The Walt Disney Company in the USA , TV Azteca in Mexico , Rede Globo in Brazil and Artear and Telefe in Argentina .
