CNN Indonesia is a television station and news site owned and operated by Trans Media in collaboration with Turner Broadcasting System. CNN Indonesia aired for the first time on Monday, 17 August 2015.

 

CNN Indonesia is part of the strategy of Transmedia to expanding their contents to news channel business. CNN Indonesia is combining a unique programming environmental with cross their programming into Free to Air (FTA) platforms with simulcasting under Trans TV & Trans 7, as 24 hours channel in pay tv (Transvision & Indihome/Usee TV), live streaming on digital portal (cnnindonesia.com) and also aggressively growing the audiences on new media platforms – YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
